Blue Cloud Latte.
A sky-blue latte with cloud-like foam: Blue Matcha Blend dyes the milk a spectacular natural blue, with a soft, floral flavour.

🍵 1 cup§ Blue Matcha Blend
Ingredients
- 2 g Blue Matcha Blend
- 60 ml hot water (80 °C)
- 180 ml milk or plant-based milk
- Sweetener to taste (optional)
Method
- 01
Sift 2 g of Blue Matcha Blend into a small bowl.
- 02
Add 60 ml of hot water (80 °C) and whisk until the blue is even and lump-free.

Heat and froth 180 ml of milk or plant-based milk.
- 04
Pour the milk in slowly to create the cloud effect over the blue.
- 05
Sweeten to taste and serve hot or over ice.
