1. Dissolve 1 teaspoon (1 g) of Japanese Matcha Premium Grade in 120 ml of hot water (approx. 80 °C ).
2. For a latte, add 120 ml of your favorite plant-based milk or dairy milk. For traditional tea, enjoy as is after whisking.
3. Mix or whisk well and enjoy!

Suggestion: Sift the matcha and whisk it in "M/W" motions with the chasen to achieve a fine foam.
